Gins

Gin is a flavoured grain spirit or molasses spirit. Gin can be flavoured naturally, by infusing or macerating the spirit with spices, aromatics and herbs, or artificially, by adding natural or artificial gin essences. Juniper, which gives gin its name, is an essential component.
